• Approved by the Ministry of Education and offers childcare through out the Bay of Plenty including Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Rotorua and Taupo. Bay Family Homebased Childcare (BFHC) offers you the "very best childcare" for your child from birth to 5 years.
• Our Educator’s homes offer your child a personalised care environment, where there is no more than four children under the age of 6 including the Educators own children.
• Your child will receive plenty of one on one attention in a small group setting, as well as gaining the benefits of attending our larger weekly social group activities.
• Our service provides a fun loving educational home environment for your child.
• Our aim is to ensure that while you are at work, studying, or at home, you can relax knowing your child is having fun in an educational home environment.
• Bay Family Homebased Childcare offers opportunities for your child to be involved in the community e.g. going to the park, attending a variety of educational based groups, and the ability to be complimentary to other childcare services e.g. kindergarten.
• Our Educators have access to weekly playgroups, music groups and monthly access to a toy library and term excursions "Kids Day Out" at no charge to you or your Educator adding to the fun and education of your child's day.
• If you have an email address, your Visiting Teacher, from time to time, will email you photos of your child while in care. (This has proven to be very popular with our parents).
