Educator (Carer)

• Homebased childcare is flexible; therefore it can meet your needs, as well as those of your family and your care family. As an Educator you can decide whether to provide full time or part time care, you can choose your hours including whether you wish to work during the school holidays.
• As an Educator you are paid $5.00 per hour, per child, this gives you the potential to earn up to $20.00 per hour. For further information on Educator's reimbursement either see our rates page or phone our office 0800-396-406
• Educators are chosen for their warmth and love of children. All our Educators are interested in children's development and enjoy providing a wide variety of play and fun throughout the day.
• Educators provide care and learning for children from birth to 5 years in a family atmosphere in their own home and receive on going support from qualified Early Childhood Teachers.
• At Bay Family Homebased Childcare we pay for our Educators to gain certificates in Homebased Childcare and First Aid.
• Our Educators, their children and care children benefit from our FREE toy library, play, music groups and excursions "Kids Day Out".
